Responsibilities:

1. Proofreading and Editing:
   • Review and edit content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and clarity.
   • Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and industry best practices.
2. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct thorough quality checks on digital content, including websites, social media posts, blog articles, and marketing materials.
   • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams to refine and improve content.
3. Consistency and Accuracy:
   • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging throughout all digital content.
   • Verify accuracy of information and cross-check details to ensure factual correctness.
4. Deadline Management:
   • Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
   • Prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to ensure timely content delivery.
5. Feedback and Communication:
   • Provide constructive feedback to content creators to enhance overall writing quality.
   • Communicate effectively with team members to address queries and ensure content aligns with project goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a content proofreader, ideally in a web design or digital marketing environment.
• Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
